President
Lena Hornkohl is a Tenure Track Professor of European Law at the University of Vienna. Her work focuses on European and German private law, economic law, and civil procedure, with particular attention to their respective doctrinal foundations, developments, and interrelations. Lena studied Law in Heidelberg and Uppsala. She obtained an LL.M. in European Law and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe in Bruges and In 2020, she received her doctorate from Heidelberg University.
Vice-President
Victoriano Nazareth served as a Senior School Administration Technician at the Ministry of Education in Portugal, from which he is now retired. He holds a degree in History from the University of Coimbra and completed postgraduate studies in Documentary Sciences at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the same university. He also obtained a specialisation in Total Quality Management from INA.
Vice-President
Carmen Herrero Suárez is a Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valladolid. Her work focuses on Antitrust Law and Industrial Property, with a comparative perspective on US and European systems. She has vast experience as a legal adviser in Competition and Contract Law and as a representative of the Spanish Ministry of Justice in international competition law forums. She holds a PhD in Law with honours from the University of Valladolid and an LL.M. in Trade Regulation from New York University (Fulbright Scholar).

Carmen Estevan de Quesada is a Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia, specialising in competition law, digital markets, financial markets, and consumer protection. She is the former President of the Competition Commission of the Valencian Community and currently serves on the boards of the Red Académica de Defensa de la Competencia and W@Competition Iberia. She holds a Law degree and a PhD in Law from the University of Valencia, as well as an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.

Eduardo Silva de Freitas is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and a PhD candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research focuses on litigation crowdfunding within the Affordable Access to Justice project. He works as a Junior Researcher in Private International Law at the T.M.C. Asser Institute. He holds an LL.B. from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (Brazil) and LL.M. degrees from the University of Sheffield (Distinction) and KU Leuven (Magna Cum Laude), and attended the Hague Academy of International Law.
Manager of Ius Omnibus
Francesca Antifora is a Political Scientist and holds the position of Manager of Ius Omnibus. She has worked as a climate change expert providing technical assistance to African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, and has experience in trade and sustainable supply chains as an international partnerships and fundraising manager. Her work focused on building cross-sector partnerships and delivering impactful, sustainability-driven initiatives. She holds a Political Science and International Relations degree, two Master of Arts, one in International Studies from the University of Siena and another one in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe.
Administrative Coordinator and Researcher
Joana is the Administrative Coordinator and Researcher at Ius Omnibus, where she has been working since 2024. She began her career at the organisation as an Administrative Assistant and Researcher and has since taken on increasing responsibilities. Between 2022 and 2026, she served as a Guest Assistant Professor at the European University in Lisbon, teaching Geography, Business Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law, Commercial Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Joana holds a Law degree and a Master in Judicial Law, both from Universidade Europeia.
